NosaAttack 5% Dimethicone Lotion for Lice and Nits — a non-insecticide, physically acting solutionOverviewWhen treating head lice and nits, effectiveness and safety come first. NosaAttack 5% Dimethicone Lotion delivers a rapid, physical mode of action that removes the infestation without chemical insecticides. Its dense formula coats the scalp and hair, delivering powerful action while caring for delicate scalps, including those of young children. How it worksThis treatment relies on a high concentration of Dimethicone to form a film around the pests. The coating suffocates adult lice and nits, leading to their death without the need for chemical agents. Why choose NosaAttack- Quick suffocation mechanism: The silicone film envelopes lice and nits, causing their prompt demise.- Insecticide-free: Gentle on the skin and less likely to provoke resistance, suitable for sensitive scalps.- Eases detangling: Lubricating properties reduce pulling, helping the nit comb glide through hair for removal.- Hydrating and subtle scent: Leaves hair feeling soft and moisturized, with a pleasant strawberry aroma masking the treatment.Key characteristics- High-density texture: A special silicone blend ensures the product adheres to every strand, reaching hiding spots where nits may reside.- Precise spray delivery: The mist format allows targeted application at the root and along the hair shaft, effective for both short and long hair.- Complete kit: Comes with a free nit comb featuring narrow teeth for thorough post-treatment removal. How to useFor best results, follow these steps:1) Apply the lotion to dry hair, ensuring full coverage of scalp and lengths from root to tip.2) Gently massage to distribute evenly, focusing on areas behind the ears and at the nape.3) Leave on for the time specified by the manufacturer (typically 15–30 minutes).4) Run the included nit comb through all hair to extract dead lice and nits.5) Rinse out with a regular shampoo to remove the product (you may need more than one wash due to the silicone’s density).Additional informationNosaAttack has dermatological testing backing.
