After bathing, pat the skin dry with a soft towel. Apply Psoriasis Xerial DM to clean, dry skin in the psoriatic areas. For the rest of the body, apply your usual moisturizer on intact skin. Xerial 10 Lait helps moisturize and soften the skin. Although itching is common with psoriasis, resist scratching lesions; five minutes of scratching can trigger flares for up to three weeks.
